How to get an invitation letter

 

► Click the button above to submit your application and contact us once you have finished it.

► Do let us know if you need the original document, we could send it to you by courier.

► After the invitation letter is completed, we would send you an invoice to make the payment.

► As for those applicants who would apply for visa in Middle East region, such as Turkey, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia etc., or countries in Africa (except South Africa), it’s necessary for them to get an official invitation letter from Shanghai Foreign Affairs Service Center. Please also prepare the following documents and send them to Bella.zhang@hmf-china.com.

I. Scan of Passport page (personal info)
II. Scan of the last Chinese visa
III. Dispatch Letter from your company (printed on company letterhead)

 
 
Tips
 
 
► To fasten your visa procedure, we recommend you to apply for a tourist visa first in your own country.
► We can send you an invitation letter for the visa application. It is important to state the place where your visa will be issued.
► Each invitation letter for visa application is charged at  €50.
     Expenses incurred for visa application will be fully borne by the applicant.
 
 
Payment
 
  
► Order without accompanying payment will not be processed.
► All related bank charge will be born by the payer.
► The original copy of invitation letter will be mailed to you upon request and related courier charge will be borne by the applicant.
